The top priority for the new CEO should be speeding up the delisting of dead shell projects. Most of these shells have lost their teams, leaving only someone to post tweets. Change the token, call it a brand upgrade. Change the name, call it a brand revamp. They’re beyond saving now—time to clean them up.
