[Zama to Conduct Dutch Auction from January 12 to 15, Plans to Sell 10% of ZAMA Supply] Foresight News reports that FHE cryptography company Zama has announced it will sell 10% of its token supply, ZAMA, through a Dutch auction on Ethereum. The auction will take place from January 12 to 15, with claims starting on January 20. The auction utilizes the Zama protocol to keep bids confidential, aiming to achieve fair distribution and true price discovery while avoiding bot sniping and gas fee wars. Tokens will be unlocked immediately after the auction ends. ZAMA is the utility token of the Zama protocol, primarily used for paying encryption and decryption fees, staking, or delegating to operators, and helping secure FHE co-processors and KMS nodes. The Zama mainnet is expected to launch by the end of the year, and ZAMA will be fully available before the auction.
