⚠️ A signal worth paying close attention to:
AT officially landed on Binance spot today and also launched Binance HODLer airdrops.
But this time, what's really interesting and I want to talk about is not just 'listing in stock', but Aster
I remember AT first debuted on Aster and Alpha, then on Binance Perpetual, and finally on Binance Spot,
During this period, the data volume of AT currency pairs on Aster was astonishing. The trading volume is 1.3 billion US dollars, accounting for 87% of the global AT spot trading volume and 60% of the global AT perpetual trading volume.
That means AT's price game was completed in Aster in advance.
My thinking is:
1. Is this entire 'Aster Bias spot' path itself a pre demonstration of Binance's new strategy? Or in other words, will the 'main battlefield' of new projects be moved to Aster in the future?
2. If Binance focuses on supporting Aster+Rocket Launch in the future, will Aster gradually replace Alpha as the new "attention center+pricing center"?
3. A sample of AT may not be enough to illustrate the problem,
But if this path replicates 5, 10, or even more projects per year,
Will the project team start to proactively realize:
Whoever wins Aster's spot first may be expected to enter BA's spot market. ”
If that's the case, is Aster no longer a subsidiary product and can it be considered an upgraded "shadow exchange" in the Binance system.
4. If this road is really opened up, the next more realistic question is how Aster should:
Do the factors of trading volume, asset accumulation, user retention, and welfare distribution truly form a self-sustaining flywheel system?
And the most crucial question:
Will CZ be willing or already tacitly approving this matter to continue to grow?
5. If this road becomes clear, will our attention begin to shift, and where are our opportunities?
