Trend down → Normal rebound → Strong rebound → Trend reversal
Bitcoin BITCOIN has risen approximately 12.89% from its lowest point to now. The structure of this upward movement is clear, smooth, and presents obvious profit opportunities.
However, I want to emphasize one thing: we must define this upward movement as a rebound, not a reversal, based on objective logic.
To better understand, let’s revisit the basic movement rules of price: a price typically goes through four stages from a downtrend to a reversal—downtrend, rebound, strong rebound, and finally reversal.
Based on the objective parameter of the 21-day moving average, as long as the price remains below the 21-day moving average, we can only consider it a rebound.
Only when the price effectively breaks above and holds above the 21-day moving average, and the moving average starts to turn upward, can we say it has entered the strong rebound stage.
It’s only when the price breaks the previous high, the moving average turns upward, and these conditions are met that we can say the trend has truly reversed.
