[VanEck Amends BNB ETF S-1 Filing, Removes Staking Option] According to a report by Jinse Finance, asset management company VanEck stated in its latest S-1 filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that its BNB ETF will no longer offer a staking option. The ETF will not use its BNB for staking activities upon listing and, therefore, will not receive any form of staking rewards or income from such activities. VanEck admitted that removing the staking option might result in the ETF underperforming compared to holding BNB directly.
