📞: I am currently in Johannesburg where I am taking part in the G20 Summit, and from here I spoke by phone with @ZelenskyyUa about the US peace plan, reiterating my support in these difficult times. For the Netherlands it is important for Ukraine to be closely involved in the ongoing negotiations and any eventual agreement. This is the only path to a just and lasting peace, for security in Ukraine and the rest of Europe. Today in South Africa, I will discuss this issue further with various European leaders, the EU, Japan, Australia and Canada. It is crucial that we continue to stand behind Ukraine.(Dick Schoof)
