The fundamental issue that has plagued Ethereum are the vacuums of power that have constantly emerged out of Ethereum’s growth Historically, there’s been a void of operational excellence in the EF to produce the required structure to solve these problems As I understand it, far more time in the EF is spent politicking around structurelessness than getting jobs done This makes it hard to acquire and retain top talent who are hungry and aggressive - it optimizes for the infinite garden types who are wholly committed to the ideals but ultimately less operationally effective than what the Ethereum community wants them to be in order to compete with Ethereums competition(David Hoffman)
