Tonight, the unemployment rate and non-farm payrolls for September are finally being announced...
But honestly, it doesn’t really matter much for the mid-term downtrend...
Powell said October is for defensive rate cuts, and December might not see a rate cut. The market has already priced in the sharp drop from rate cut expectations.
For this wave of Bitcoin’s decline, I only see support around $91K-$94K.
If there’s some irrational panic selling, then maybe as low as around $88K...
But I don’t think it’ll break straight through and drop directly to the $70K support level...
For now, as long as it’s above $88K, there’s no need to panic too much.
After all, it’s already dropped over $20K straight from $116K...
There’s no such thing as a one-step-to-the-bottom move. Even in a one-sided trend, energy needs to accumulate along the way, whether it’s for an upward or downward move.
Of course, this depends on key support and resistance zones.
So, at the current price level, we can expect some consolidation and recovery within the red circle.
However, this is most likely not the end of this downtrend.
It’s pretty clear, as shown in the chart, I’m still bearish on the mid-term trend.
Good luck, everyone (^.^)Y Ya!!
