Even though BTC's price isn't looking friendly today and has even dropped below recent lows, NVIDIA's Q3 earnings report is actually pretty solid. It boosted tech stocks a bit and gave crypto a slight lift as well. At least for now, it seems like the AI bubble hasn't burst yet. Not sure if this will bring back users who recently exited tech stocks, but the weekly report data does show institutions starting to build positions. Also, today we got the Fed's September meeting minutes. The content turned out to be much better than the market expected. Although Powell said they're not planning to cut rates in December, the Fed isn't entirely unified. Nearly half of the officials were still in favor of a December rate cut back in September. Of course, not all of them are voting members, so the key lies in what the voting members decide. The main trigger for this drop is the Fed's stance on not cutting rates in December, combined with concerns over a U.S. government shutdown and the AI bubble. Monetary policy remains the market's biggest worry, and employment data is what the Fed is most focused on. Whether or not there will be a rate cut in December will largely depend on the jobs data. Looking back at Bitcoin's data, the turnover rate has dropped slightly but is still at a high level, indicating that the panic among holders hasn't completely subsided. However, as BTC's price declines, fewer investors are willing to sell. It's clear that sell-offs from holders with positions above $100,000 are starting to decrease, which means most of the high-level panic sellers have already exited. This is similar to BlackRock's spot ETF investors reducing their holdings. I guess as prices drop, many of you might start questioning the on-chain support levels again. Don't worry, this kind of thing has happened so many times over the past few years. For now, neither of the two support levels shows signs of collapsing, and at least for now, investors who are at a loss still seem to maintain an optimistic mindset.
