[CryptoQuant CEO: Whales Have Exited the Futures Market, Bitcoin Short-Term Weakness May Test Bottom at $56,000] According to CryptoQuant founder and CEO Ki Young Ju, the current BTC futures market is dominated by retail investors, with clear signs of whale exit. The momentum of spot inflows into futures exchanges has dried up; meanwhile, Coinbase premium has dropped to a nine-month low, ETFs have seen three consecutive weeks of net outflows, and on-chain PnL indicators have turned bearish. If the cyclical theory holds, the bottom may be near $56,000. He predicts that short-term dollar liquidity tightening and slowed capital flows will continue to suppress BTC performance, but a sustained outflow scenario is unlikely over the next six months. If rate cuts or easing narratives resume, ETFs may once again attract capital inflows. Additionally, the adoption of stablecoins and the wave of reverse ICOs initiated by publicly listed companies will drive traditional assets onto the blockchain, with Bitcoin being the biggest beneficiary. On the other hand, altcoins lacking narratives or fundamentals will lose market attention and liquidity.
