On the hype, you can short MegaETH. I have a lot of questions about this project. Let’s analyze this: currently, Monad’s market cap = MegaETH. MegaETH is similar to Morph (Bitget). Why is MegaETH valued at $5B? Before TGE, all pre-TGE liquidity was basically harvested. I’ve heard some people say the team will use funds to pump the price and make money by trading against the short liquidity. But the tokens released during TGE make it hard for the team to have such massive funds to pump the price quickly. If it opens at a high market cap, would Binance be willing to price it at $5B? If it opens at a low market cap, the pre-TGE presale tokens won’t have profits. How will the project develop afterward? Also: 1️⃣ There are already too many L2s. Do we really need another new L2? 2️⃣ After opening at a high market cap, why not directly dump tokens instead of pumping the price and giving away money? This is the most important point. 3️⃣ MegaETH doesn’t really have a product that can make the market fomo. What we need is something people are actually using. It’s hard to make money in projects like this—you have to overcome challenges with the strong players. Interestingly, MorphETH and MegaETH have similar narratives and even share the same lead investor: Dragonfly. Will the fate of MegaETH, as another lightning-fast L2 like Morph, be similar? You can feel it out. Of course, many friends joined the presale around the “core circle” and “influence,” becoming stakeholders. As a result, they can only see the praise. If you’re not in the “core circle,” you won’t praise it
