The game being played today is what the future looks like 10 years out. This has always been the case. And the next 4-5 months is pivotal in whether that future is very clear or very unclear. When Genius signed and then Clarity passed the House, both largely bipartisan, we were firmly on the very clear (and very good) path. Last month threw a giant wrench. Assets rerated (among other triggers). Politicians will be settling into positions over this short period that they will likely stay for the next couple years (at least). And further electoral developments may solidify things further. The sooner these facts are recognized and what actions are required, the better.(Scott Johnsson)
