[Institution: Initial Data May Be Incomplete After U.S. Government Reopens] Golden Finance reports that although the U.S. government shutdown is about to end, the regular release of economic indicators may still take some time. Marcus Widen, an analyst at the research department of Sweden's Nordea Bank, stated in a report: 'As the government reopens... the issue lies in when we can obtain statistical data and when this data can be fully reliable.' He used CPI statistics as an example to explain that data requiring on-site collection at specific times will now face greater challenges, and it is possible that some data will rely on estimates. 'Therefore, the normalization of economic data may take time, but patched-up statistics are certainly better than having no data at all.' (Jin10)
