[Coinbase Launches 'Token Pre-Access' Platform with Algorithmic Allocation] According to a report by Jinse Finance citing U.S. media, Coinbase plans to launch a new platform that will allow a select group of investors to gain early access to new cryptocurrencies before they are available for trading on its main exchange. The largest cryptocurrency exchange in the U.S. will use an algorithm to determine who can access these tokens, aiming to prevent asset concentration among large buyers. Individuals who sell their tokens within one month of the token's release may see their allocation reduced in future distributions, while token issuers and their affiliates will be prohibited from selling their holdings for a period of six months. A Coinbase spokesperson stated that Monad, a crypto project running its own blockchain network, will be the first company to issue tokens through this platform, with the launch scheduled for late November. The exchange also plans to list all tokens launched on the new platform for trading on its main exchange, with approximately one issuance planned per month.
