Senate returns tomorrow at 11am on Government Shutdown Day 41, after voting tonight 60-40 to advance a deal to reopen the government. The next vote TBA will be to officially take up the House-passed short-term funding bill, which the deal will be attached to before a final vote. (Craig Caplan)
