Thanks Binance, thanks SISI. Early in the morning, I transferred a big amount of crypto on-chain. Normally, I swap it to WBTC and send it to a specific ETH address. But this morning, while busy and checking the news, I didn’t swap to WBTC and transferred directly. 30 seconds after the transfer, I felt something was off and realized I messed up. Frantically refreshing the app’s customer service, but no real person was available. Immediately contacted SISI, and even so early in the morning, they quickly helped me out. While they were assisting, I noticed Binance’s system also rejected the transfer.
