Senate Democratic Caucus will meet later today at 5pm to discuss the 3-bill minibus spending package (USDA/SNAP, VA & Congress) & whether to support funding to reopen the gov't possibly to Jan. 30, but without an ACA tax credit extension, only with a guaranteed Senate vote.(Craig Caplan)
