Last month's market was a total disaster, I didn’t even want to touch trading.
Every day watching ETH move sideways, my mindset was completely flat.
Until one day at lunch, old Akai suddenly messaged me:
'You’re not using @edgeX_exchange lately? That thing works pretty well.'
Portal: https://pro.edgex.exchange/referral/HM010169
I laughed when I heard it: 'You’re hyping it up way too much, aren’t you?'
And he just said one thing: 'Go place an order and you’ll see for yourself.'
That evening, I went home and opened EdgeX. The interface was so clean it was unreal.
No annoying “confirmation pop-ups” popping out,
you can just open a position directly.
I tried shorting a bit of ETH, thinking I’d just mess around.
Turns out the whole process—placing the order, execution, holding the position—was smooth as butter.
Suddenly, I understood what Akai meant:
EdgeX isn’t just an exchange; it’s like it folds time into the system.
You won’t get stuck on operations, you won’t get interrupted by signing,
everything flows naturally as one seamless action.
The DEXs I used before could make me rage three times a day.
Stuck on signing, transaction delays, failed orders—
it was enough to make me lose my mind.
But EdgeX is completely different.
It’s built on Layer2, with speeds almost as fast as centralized exchanges,
but it’s still true DeFi—assets stay in your own wallet.
Later, I realized there’s a deeper philosophy behind it:
Technology isn’t just about being fast; it’s about making “boundaries” disappear.
You shouldn’t feel like “I’m on-chain,”
you should feel like “I’m in flow.”
Now my daily routine is:
Wake up in the morning, check the market, take a sip of coffee,
open EdgeX, and place an order.
