Traditional RWA: First find institutions for stocks, gold, bonds, cards, etc., and put them on-chain, then raise funds under the name of stablecoins. Optimistic minting: Issue stablecoins to raise funds first, then slowly buy U.S. Treasury bonds... This lowers the entry barrier for startups in the RWA and data tracks. As for funding risks, I think it’s just so-so, not too bad.
