There are altcoins that were pumping while Bitcoin was dumping. Alts have felt so much pain all year they are basically numb at this point. This is oddly enough how a mini alt s******* (not gonna say it) can start. Low expectations, sellers exhausted, order books thin.(IncomeSharks)
