Kenya and Qatar share warm and longstanding relations anchored in mutual respect and shared interests.
In Doha, on the sidelines of the United Nations Social Development Summit, held productive discussions with former Qatar Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of the Thirty-Five Group Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah.
Our talks focused on expanding cooperation in trade and investment, while identifying new areas of collaboration, including infrastructure development, mining, manufacturing and ICT, among others.
Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening investment ties that drive growth, empower citizens, and advance shared prosperity.(William Samoei Ruto, PhD)
