According to a report by Golden Finance, Google's parent company Alphabet is reportedly planning to raise approximately $15 billion through the issuance of USD bonds. This bond issuance will be divided into up to eight tranches, with maturities ranging from 3 years to 50 years. Banks responsible for this issuance include HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase. Alphabet plans to use the funds raised from this USD bond issuance, along with another Euro bond issuance, for general corporate purposes, which may include repaying existing debt.
