Meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko and Minister of Social Policy Denys Uliutin. I instructed the Government to develop and present a package of programs to support our people this winter – the Winter Support. The package will include direct financial assistance, as provided last year, and separate allocations for the most vulnerable social groups. In addition, I have instructed preparations of a special transport support program for all Ukrainians: UZ-3000. Each person will be able to select rail routes totaling 3,000 kilometers within Ukraine free of charge. We will support the passenger transport sector and the people who use it. We are also expanding medical programs, including the check-up project being prepared by the Ministry of Health, which will enable adults to pay more attention to their health. Its launch is planned for January. And we will definitely maintain fixed prices for gas and electricity for household consumers this winter. There will be no increases.
