AltLayer to Launch x402 Payment Suite

Web3 infrastructure project AltLayer has announced the upcoming launch of the x402 Suite payment suite. Based on Coinbase's on-demand payment standard, the suite aims to reshape the payment layer for infrastructure, agents, and consumers. The x402 Suite includes x402 Facilitator, x402 Gateway, and a customized x402 solution for Trade Rumour. AltLayer stated that x402 addresses long-standing payment challenges in automated execution and coordination. Without requiring subscriptions or gateways, users can simply sign a request to complete verification and on-chain settlement. The suite focuses on simplifying complexity, supporting chain-agnostic interactions, and seamless integration, providing infrastructure support for autonomous agent networks. AltLayer plans to promote x402 to developers and consumers to achieve large-scale adoption.
