No Anthony - “illegals” are not scamming SNAP: -95% of SNAP benefits to US citizens. -1.1% goes to refugees. -3.3% goes to non-citizen residents who are here on work visas. The system isn’t being scammed BY non-citizens. It IS being scammed by corporations like Wal-Mart that underpay US citizens, and somehow get tax benefits, while making massive profit for shareholders.
