Many friends are curious: who are the parties involved in transactions through Facilitator (Coinbase/PayAI, etc.)? As of now, there are over 150,000 buyers (more than 150,000 independent addresses initiated/97,000+ proxy instances), mainly related to AI proxies, with rapid growth; and over 25,000 service providers as sellers. Overall, the focus is still on the AI ecosystem and developers. Buyer profile: Currently, the largest proportion consists of AI proxies and automation tools, accounting for about 60% (based on data from x402scan, etc.). Specific examples include Gloria AI (data query proxy), Questflow (workflow proxy), and Virtuals Protocol (4,800+ gaming/NFT proxies). These buyers initiate high-frequency transaction requests. From this, we can see that the future prosperity of the AI proxy economy will directly determine the transaction scale of Facilitator. Next are developers and dApp users, who also form an important buyer group, accounting for 25%. This includes independent developers testing APIs (e.g., via GitHub SDK) and DeFi bots paying oracle fees. Lastly, content/consumer terminals make up 15%, such as browser plugin or app users paying for articles/datasets, like terminals integrated with Cloudflare Workers AI. It’s clear that buyers purchase services frequently and at low prices, perfectly aligning with what Facilitator can achieve. Seller profile: The largest group consists of API and data service providers, such as oracle data (Chainlink oracle) and AI model access (Grok API integration). These services are low-cost but high-frequency. Next are platform and infrastructure providers, such as cloud services (e.g., AWS/DeAI platforms), content creators (paywall sites), and memecoin launchers minting tokens via x402.
