@cz_binance
I’m genuinely worried about this situation.
If BNBChain really plans to promote 'prediction markets' in the Chinese-speaking regions or even globally, this isn’t innovation—it’s walking on the edge of legal boundaries in multiple countries.
Don’t think it’s just China that prohibits this—
Major economies like the U.S., U.K., France, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, etc.,
have already clearly categorized 'prediction markets' as gambling or unauthorized financial derivatives.
No matter how much you dress it up with decentralization, AI, or DAO,
its essence is still a game of betting and winning or losing.
This not only exposes users to regulatory risks,
but could also drag the entire Binance ecosystem into the spotlight of global regulators.
I’ve known CZ for many years and understand your intention to drive innovation in the industry.
But some things aren’t about whether they can be done, but about where and how they should be done.
Don’t gamble the future of the entire industry by testing the limits of international laws.
The crypto world needs breakthroughs, but it also needs wisdom and respect.
Crypto has already been placed on the table of major power struggles, and adding gray areas to the mix will only make things harder.
