The micropayment model for paywalled articles was well conceived by SCROLL/Tony Haile, and I believe Apple News cribbed it for their stock/news app, which allows you to jump the paywall E talked about micropayments for publishers day zero of twitter/X, and I think publishers would jump at the chance to make .01-.05 per view Blue check marks could get 5 a month free, then pay for credits like a Starbucks card, and burn those credits down happily(@jason)
