House Update: Ahead of today's 2pm House pro forma session, House GOP leaders just announced no votes will be held on Monday, awaiting Senate passage of legislation to reopen the government, shutdown for 24 days. Members will be given at least 48 hours notice prior to any votes next week. Last House vote was Sept. 19th.(Craig Caplan)
