[U.S. Treasury Yields Decline, Fed May Implement Consecutive Rate Cuts]
U.S. investor Louis Navellier pointed out in his latest report that the recent overall decline in U.S. Treasury yields suggests the Federal Reserve may take rate-cutting actions. According to market expectations, the probability of the Fed cutting rates by 25 basis points at its October 29 meeting is close to 97%, while the likelihood of another 25 basis point rate cut on December 10 is 94%. This trend reflects the market's strong anticipation of the Fed's accommodative monetary policy.
