What’s even more interesting is they’re doing RWA + exchange, putting luxury real estate worth hundreds of millions of dollars on-chain, and settling it with their own MBG system. If they can really pull this off, this would be real-world asset-backed on-chain collateral, not just empty concepts. Of course, this isn’t easy— legal, liquidity, compliance all need to be sorted out. But in my opinion, projects like this are the real “bridge” that can truly bring traditional capital into the space. The crypto world isn’t short on hype, what it lacks is a real reason for actual money to come in.
