[Bitcoin Miner Bitfarms Increases Convertible Senior Notes Offering to $500 Million] According to Globenewswire, Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd. (Ticker: BITF) announced the pricing of its $500 million principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2031, with a coupon rate of 1.375%. Additionally, Bitfarms has granted the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to an additional $88 million principal amount of convertible notes within 13 days from (and including) the initial issuance date of the convertible notes. The offering size has been increased from the previously announced $300 million. Subject to customary closing conditions, the offering is expected to close around October 21, 2025.
