Tech is eating the S&P 500, now 35% of index but yet only 26% of overall ETF assets in are sector and only 22% of active assets in it, which is why active beat rates are worse than normal for the past 12mo = people overthinking market again. US tech is awesome. Own it. (Eric Balchunas)
