Woke up this morning and saw that the claim form I submitted was rejected. Then I asked customer service, and it’s not counted in the compensation system. Thinking about it, it’s probably hard to respond to 'lag,' so most likely, claims citing 'lag' as the reason will be denied. Anyone here who’s successfully received compensation due to lag? Share your experience!
