This is part of the complexity of oracle selection. There is actually no "perfect" solution. Having market rate is bad, having hardcoded is bad. NAV can work sometimes, but will almost always be late to the party. This is why we are pushing for our MetaOracle which are a nice, trustless way of merging both: hardcoded/NAV to dampen short term deviation and market price is the depeg persist.
