Wu Blockchain has learned that Galaxy Digital announced an investment agreement with a leading global asset management company, securing $460 million in funding through private placement. The company stated that the funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to advance its Helios data center project in Texas. The project plans to deliver the first phase of 133 MW critical IT load capacity in the first half of 2026.
