Postal Regulatory Commission Chair Michael Kubayanda, whose term was scheduled to run through November 2026, stepped down from the agency in charge of regulatory oversight over the U.S. Postal Service on Friday. He had served as a PRC commissioner since 2019 & chair since 2021.
