While many sectors are struggling, the crypto world is buzzing with altcoin seasons and public companies, so there are quite a few openings. It looks lucrative, but in the end, you can’t ignore a paradox: the crypto space values proactive and young people. If you need someone else to help you find a job, you might not be a good fit for the crypto world. Those who are suited for it can usually find jobs on their own with ease. It reminds me of that quote from American comedian Groucho Marx: 'I don’t want to belong to any club that would accept me as a member.' Switching careers is tough—without strong initiative and learning ability, it’s just not going to work.
