The IWM has cleanly broken out above the 244 level. Small caps will start to lead here and BTC and ETH will both make new all time highs shortly, probably by the end of next week at the latest. Rates, yields, DXY all headed lower. It's go time. Uptober is here.(Mike Alfred)
