Kopango lwak me Apac!! I am presenting some evidence of the work on NRM to the wananchi of Apac District: 1. 63 UPE schools, 7 USE Schools and 1 technical training school. 2. Health Centres in 10 out of 12 subcounties, with plans to build in the 2 and upgrade some existing ones. 3. Access to electricity in 10 out of 12 subcounty headquarters. 4. Roads; 66% works progress on Rwenkunye-Apac 90.9 km road, Apac-Lira-Puranga phyisical works at 80% 100.1km, full reconstruction of Soroti-Dokolo- Lira-Kamdini road 189.4km with plans to connect Dokolo- Amolatar. Finally, PDM 16.7Bn, Emyooga 2.1Bn disbursed. Therefore, I implore the people of Apac to vote for NRM to protect and expand these and more gains.(Yoweri K Museveni)
