Australian Fitell Corporation announced on Thursday that it has purchased 216.8 million native tokens, PUMP, from the Solana-based Pumpfun platform for $1.5 million. Last month, the company reached a convertible note financing arrangement of up to $100 million with a U.S. institutional investor, of which $10 million was used to purchase SOL. Fitell plans to transition from a fitness equipment e-commerce business to a digital asset treasury company and intends to rename itself Solana Australia Corporation.
