Igor Barinov, founder of Blockscout, Gnosis Chain, and zkBob, has joined as the coordinator for 'Privacy @ EF,' responsible for guiding the overall strategy of privacy-related initiatives. Former PSE team member Andy Guzman will be promoted to coordinator of the Privacy and Scaling Explorations (PSE) team. The Ethereum Foundation stated that this adjustment aims to ensure Ethereum's privacy efforts are more impactful, coherent, and accountable.
