If there is no budget, then Trump gets to make all of the decisions on what gets cut. Trump will just order the Treasury to fund essential parts of govt. I am fine with no budget from Congress for the next 3 years. The courts won’t get involved, they can’t force Congress to vote for budget funding.(Wall Street Mav)
