[Bloomberg Analyst: SEC's Universal Listing Standards Are Not the End for Digital Asset Treasury Companies]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, in response to The ETF Store President Nate Geraci's view that the SEC's universal listing standards essentially sound the death knell for DATS (Digital Asset Treasury Companies), and that DATS have grown due to regulatory arbitrage, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart posted on the X platform, stating, 'I disagree with this view. ETFs did not kill MSTR (MicroStrategy). They also cannot allocate capital within DeFi ecosystems like ETH (Ethereum) or SOL to generate returns/yields. That said, if you are simply referring to the fact that many things that exist now will not exist in the future, I agree.'
