After all the ups and downs, ETH is back near 4,000. The recent buy-in strategy doesn’t seem to have much impact on the price. According to data from strategicethreserve.xyz, @BitMNR has recently added to their ETH holdings multiple times, but it still hasn’t been able to reverse ETH’s downward trend.
