The Smarter Web Company Announces Completion of Placement of 3,826,799 Ordinary Shares

According to a report by Jinse Finance, the London-based publicly listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has announced the completion of the placement of 3,826,799 ordinary shares under the subscription agreements announced on June 19, 2025, and September 4, 2025 ("Subscription Shares"). The total fundraising amount from this placement of subscription shares is £4,956,905 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £1.30 per share. The company is expected to receive settlement for approximately 97% of the subscription proceeds early this week. As of now, all ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025, have been fully placed, while the remaining balance of unplaced ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025, stands at 17,722,000 shares.
