Dueling CR Votes: Senate will be back in session tomorrow/Friday at 11am. Votes will take place on the GOP 7-week short-term funding bill once it's received by the House and the Democrats' alternative plan with funding through October 31 and health care tax credits extended. Both will need 60 Yes votes to pass to avert a gov't shutdown. Current gov't funding expires 9/30.(Craig Caplan)
