Avalanche transactions complete in under a second. We were the first chain to focus on transaction latency as a critical metric, and had to teach everyone on CT how and why TPS is not a good measure of speed. Ethereum takes 2.5 minutes on average to finalize transactions, and it's a fine chain to use if you can wait that long.(Emin Gün Sirer🔺⚔️)
