According to a report by Caixin, Wu Jian, a Two Sigma executive who once shared on Xiaohongshu about earning an annual income of $23.5 million, has been charged by both the U.S. SEC and the Department of Justice for alleged telecom fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. Prosecutors claim there may be internal control loopholes at Two Sigma. Two Sigma has been active in the crypto space, having invested in platforms like Crossover Markets and C3. This week, its venture capital arm also raised $400 million for two new funds, focusing on early-stage projects in crypto, DeFi, and fintech. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=48810
