BlackRock is converting two of Rick Rieder's mutual funds into ETFs with total aum of $3b. Reider's existing ETF BINC is now $12b in only 2.5yrs on mkt (Top 5 fastest growing active ETF all time). That prob had something to do with it. Scoop via @kgreifeld (Eric Balchunas)
